Design philosophy
Great product design doesn't simplify finance. It simplifies decision-making.
Brief
Dynamic Funds' digital transformation was about more than launching a new website. It was about creating a cohesive product experience across every customer touchpoint.
As Product Designer I led the redesign of the website, built the company's first scalable UI library, and established the design philosophy that unified the brand across digital products, social content and marketing.
Replacing fragmented interfaces with a consistent design language made complex investment products easier to understand, strengthened brand recognition, and created a scalable foundation for future product development.
Why it matters
A unified UI library that standardised the experience across the website and digital products.
A human-centred design philosophy focused on clarity, accessibility, and reducing cognitive load for investors.
Reusable components and interaction patterns that improved consistency and accelerated product delivery.
A distinctive brand identity, making Dynamic Funds more recognisable in a competitive wealth management market.
Principle
The core principle was reducing friction through consistency. Every component, navigation pattern, typography rule and data visualisation was designed to help users recognise the brand instantly while making complex financial information feel approachable.
The design system became a shared language that aligned product, marketing and content teams around one scalable customer experience.
