Design philosophy
The best connected TV experiences don't interrupt entertainment. They become part of it.
Brief
For DQ's 85th anniversary, the brand partnered with Prime Video's The Summer I Turned Pretty to celebrate two iconic summer rituals: binge-watching your favourite show, and grabbing a Blizzard.
I designed a custom Fire TV interactive experience that transformed a standard banner into an immersive destination for fans.
The journey
Users entered through a Fire TV hero placement, spun an interactive wheel to unlock memorable moments from the show, discovered Blizzard flavours inspired by those moments, watched the new season trailer, and linked out to order DQ or start streaming on Prime Video.
Every interaction was designed for the living room: simple navigation, playful discovery, and minimal clicks. Combining storytelling, product exploration and instant purchase pathways blurred the line between streaming content and shoppable brand engagement.
Why it matters
A custom Fire TV experience built specifically for remote-first interaction.
Entertainment and commerce connected through a seamless watch-to-order journey.
A limited-time offer elevated beyond traditional advertising into an engaging branded experience.
DQ's 85-year legacy celebrated while introducing the brand to a new generation of Prime Video viewers.
